All returns and exchanges are store credit only. Your store credit will never expire. We must receive your return back within 14 business days. To begin your return, please send an email to SorellaBellaReturns@gmail.com with your order number and notify us of your return/exchange. Sale Items are final Sale.

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached. Item(s) that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
